These three floor plans show how spacious the bungalow is while retaining warm and cosiness in winter.
Floor plan
This is an approximate floor plan of the bungalow which will require precise dimensions at the time of sale. However, it provides a very good overview. The front of the bungalow is the living room and the kitchen/diner.
Floor materials
No final decision has been made on the final floor materials. What will remain are the Panga Panga hard floor in the living/dining room and the 15cmx 15cm quarry tiles in the music room and kitchen. The rest are suggestions.
Rooms with furniture
This gives an good idea of how the bungalow has been used in the past. The kitchen furniture plan is how the kitchen is being developed with dishwasher fitted, double electric oven/grill, gas hob, extraction unit. The arrangement of the units can be modified to accommodate under the counter fridge or tall fridge/freezer.
