The site 9alberthillsettle.com 'the website' is designed to build awareness and interest in  the forthcoming sale of the bungalow at 9 Albert Hill , Settle North Yorkshire.  It is hoped that the bungalow will go on the market formally later in the year as work on the property continues.  At the time it goes on sale , fully  accurate details of the property, a floor plan, land registry information, energy performance  etc will be provided.  For council tax purposes the  property is band E, just over £3000/year.
